It has obviously been a couple of months now and Rach and I wanted to
provide you with an update in relation to our wonderful new kittens. Not
sure whether you were aware, but we have named them Sonic and Sapphire.
They have settled in quite nicely and are growing rapidly and being typical
kittens, racing round all over the place and chewing things in their way,
but being very cute at the same time!!
Here are a couple of photos for you!
Hope all is well from your side. Thankyou again for our gorgeous kittens!
Best regards Greg & Rachel - 14 May 2010

Hi Andy and Peter,
Hope this email finds you and the family well.
Sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you and let you know how Yzma (pronounced Eezma) is going.
What a gorgeous, mischievously fun and loving cat we brought home, (as i write this email she is sitting on my lap making sure i write nothing she disapproves of).
More front than Myer i think was your expression and you were right, there is little to no fear in those four legs. Everyone that meets her falls head over heels in love with her even the ones that are allergic. There are the crazy times where our eyes become as as wide as saucers and hurricane Yzma roars through the house.
Our favorite toy is a carrot with feathers on top, it get carted around the house, told off (in a big way), hugged, cleaned and then put "somewhere?" for another time. Eating (sorry gutsing) has never been an issue, i don't think food hits the plate before she has started eating. She even tries the "I haven't been fed yet' routine. She sleep anywhere she deems appropriate - shoulders and heads seem to be favored and we are well aware that while we are out she is everywhere she shouldn't be! We like to go out in the car but detouring to the vet is not Yzma's idea of fun - the indignity of it all.
Anyway, thank you again for such a great kitten who turning into a awesome cat. She has brought us a lot of joy.
Have attached a few picture i thought you might enjoy
Kind Regards - 8 May 2010

Hi guys just a quick email to let you know that the little fella is perfect! Great trip home and walked round like he has been here at home before – so far he has been so affectionate with all of us it’s unbelievable. Straight to the litter box within the first half hour and feeding well. It’s an absolute credit to you guys on breeding such a beautiful kitten.
Thanks again

Hello Andy,
Hope your're well. Here are some pictures of Sailor boy!! He is one remarkable kitten. Already he plays 'fetch' on a daily basis, follows us into every room, even the toilet! He sleeps beside the keyboard when on computer, sits on the ledge of the bath if we are in it, and loves to go into the shower with Daddy, so lives up to his name as he loves water! He sooks if he is not let in!
He doesn't scratch the furniture, has had no toilet accidents, and only occasionally bites when playing but probably as is teething. When naughty he is hard to disipline as he just loves ANY attention, good or bad! So we scoop him up and put him away in another room and then he learns not to repeat behaviour. Now we can eat at table without him jumping up and sniffing the food!
He has had all his vaccinations now and goes in for his desexing later in March. He just LOVES going in his box and travelling in the car! We often take him with us on weekends when we visit our parents and even stay the night. He loves to explore their houses and makes himself right at home. He is not scared of other people's pets.
He went right up to Stewart's parents ginger cats and despite being chased away, kept coming back for more. He is certainly not timid. He doesn't even run away from my parents' golden labs. He is very curious and very sociable. This afternoon we have permission to take him to Stewart's Grandfather's nursing home to visit the residents.
Will keep you updated.

Hi Andy,
I just thought i would fill you in on how 'Max' (Tanya x Austin, DOB 29/08/09) is doing. In a word "wonderfully"! Even better than i could have hoped for! The kids adore him, and he is fantastic with them. If they ever get to excited etc around him, he just hops up and climbs somewhere they can't reach him...no scratching or biting! And my Hubby... URGH!!!!! It took me NINE years to convince him to let me get a cat... and well...He and max...It's pathetic! They curl up on the couch together and watch tv. I've walked in and found them both asleep many a time. He thinks Max is fantastic! And the dogs..well they love having another 'sibling' to play with! And Max loves cuddling up to one of them in particular... So cute!
Any ways, i just wanted to say thanks again for all the wonderful work you put into breading such a fantastic cat! He is very much loved!
Thanks! Rebecca
P.S. He had his little operation ;) last week. All went well... i think he was more PO'ed about not being able to have breakfast, than having the actual operation!!!
P.P.S i have attached a couple of photo's of my gorgeous boy! 20 January 2010 1:28:40 PM

Hi Andy & Peter,
Was great to meet you both the other day when we came to collect our little baby. Hope the wedding that evening/night went well!
Where to start with little "Sailor"!
After a little sook for the first 10 minutes or so, Danielle moved into the back seat of the car next to him where he could see her and he was soon fast asleep for the journey home. Once home he awoke with nothing but purrs.
You were right about everything you were going through and what is on the print outs as being purely precautionary/worst case as this little one has settled in unbelievably fast!
Eating within his first 1/2 hour and even using his litter within an hour or so! We would probably best describe his eating to be more like inhaling! He certainly loves his food.
After a short sleep once again he began venturing around our home, taking everything in his stride. He didn't seem to want to take things slowly or wait any longer to begin exploring. That night he even snuggled up on the couch with us to watch a movie. After which, almost as if he knew what was going on he headed off and put himself to bed for the night where he stayed until we got up the next morning (as if he knew to wait for us to get up). Only a very short cry in the middle of the night which stopped as soon as he heard Danielle's voice of reassurance.
He has certainly made himself at home and is continuing to gain confidence with every hour! Certainly no issues of not eating, not using his littler or being at all timid.
He has even taken to his visitors so far and certainly loves playing with his toys (looking forward to teaching him to fetch). He is certainly not shy and just seems to adore people.
Such an amazing kitten, we couldn't be happier!!
Once again a big thanks for everything. We will be sure to send some photos and updates as he grows up.
Warmest Regards,
Stewart & Danielle Lachlan. 4 January 2010

Hi Andy!
How have you been?? I hope all is well. Sorry I haven't sent through an update before now, what can I say time goes by way too quickly!
Well little Boston has been home for 5 weeks now and he's just gorgeous! He was fine on the journey home and adjusted to his new home quite quickly. Now he rules the house!! I am just that nice lady with the food!! Hahaha. He has also made himself at home at mum's place too! We visit quite often and he just loves chasing the dogs around the house!!
He went to the vet last week for his 2nd shots and he did brilliantly. Didnt like having his tempreture taken though!! I also wormed him last week, poor little guy had the runs for a few days but is ok now poor little mite.
I know Boston has only been in my life for a short time but he just superb, I can't imagine him not being here now. He follows me all arounnd the house, sits at my feet when I'm cooking dinner, sleeps on the bathroom bench when I am putting my makeup on.... the list goes on he is my best friend! He is so affectionate and has so much personality, everyone just loves him even people who 'dont like cats'! He loves meeting new people too! I've never seen a cat so social. He loves to play wit his little bouncy ball! He pushes it all around the house for hours.
So you could say all is very well indeed! I have attached a few piccies for you I hope you like them. He does so many cute and sometimes funny things its hard to choose just a few. Take care Andy, I shall continue to update you as he grows.
Big hugs and smiles
Bec & Boston xoxo 11 December 2009

Hi Andrea,
Just wanted to say hi and to let you know how gorgeous our Marshmellow is.
He is almost 7 months and so so much part of the family now. When we go to bed, he comes and cuddles up with me in my left arm and stays like that all night. My daughter gets a bit upset at times but as someone tells me who ever feeds them and cleans their poo, that's their mum. So I am it!!!
We went away for 1 week and had to put him at the vet who has also a cat hotel facility. We were really worried that he might have turned on us but in the opposite, he was even more affectionate!
A couple of photos for you.
cheers
Maddie

Hi Andy,
Just thought I would give you an update on how the new kitten has settled in. In a word, perfectly!
The trip back home to Canberra, whilst long, was a dream. Mikael was a little treasure and slept most of the way. For about the last hour of the trip he’d had enough sleep and started to cry a bit, so I put my hand through the screen on his carry cage and to my amazement, he rolled onto his back and proceeded to play fight with my fingers the rest of the way home.
I picked up my boy Alex on the way home and he was very keen and excited to meet Mikael but was really good with him. After about 15mins getting acquainted (lots of pats and purring!), we got him some food and “woof” down it went. He was then very happy to simply roam around the lounge room exploring. I got Alex into bed and grabbed a little mouse on a string toy I’d bought and Mikael played pounce the mouse for a good 20mins, lot’s of energy after a days sleep in the car. He then decided that my lap was a comfy spot and curled up for a snooze. I was quite surprised at how quickly he’d seemed to bond with me.
A true sucker for a cute little kitten I decided he could try sleeping in my room as he’ll probably end up there anyway. He was straight under the cover and into my arm pit and sound asleep within seconds. When Alex came into my bed at about 2am, Mikael got up walked over to Alex and gave him a few licks on the face (Alex giggled but I’m sure was half asleep) and then curled up on the pillow in between us.
He’s eaten very well again today and used the litter tray as well and has pretty much gone through the whole house exploring, he seems to have an adventurous nature. I’ll have to watch him once he gets to going outside, hm. When we’ve left him alone he’s been great and on our return was sound asleep back in his carry cage in the laundry where he also retreats if there are load noises, but never for very long.
This afternoon Mikael spent and hour on Alex’s lap whilst he was watching a TV show and then they played with the mouse on a string for 20 mins or so. Alex laughed so hard the whole time and I got a great little snippet of video on my phone but it doesn’t transfer to the computer. If you have a mobile I could send it to you, it’s only 6 secs but is truly wonderful. As I type this Mikael has made his way into the study and found my lap (after walking all round the computer and playing with the cables) and is having a lovely little snooze. If I didn’t know better I would find it difficult to believe we haven’t had him for weeks, not hours.
Anyway I’ve attached a couple of photo’s of Mikael playing and exploring, he really has settled in brilliantly and I know will be a great pet. He’ll have more love here than he could ever handle and we’ll take good care of him. Thanks so much for the great job you’ve done in getting him ready to come to us, he’s beautiful.
Kind regards,
Brad, Alex and Mikael

Hi Andy,
I'm so sorry it has taken me so long to give you an update, but I just wanted to let you know that Mojo is doing really well!
When we got her home (on Australia Day) she took about 5 minutes or so to come out of the carrier and then spent a good while sniffing us out and trying to figure out what was what. She was pretty sad the first night, but by the next morning she was more relaxed and started to explore her new home.
When we chose her, Mojo seemed like a curious and inquisitive kitten, and boy were we right! She loves to test the boundaries and has a tendency to run around like a crazy cat every so often. Even our Vet said that when she woke up after the anaesthetic (when she was desexed) all she wanted to do was play! But she is also really smart and even plays fetch with us. And of course, she is incredibly cuddly and loves nothing more than sitting on our lap, or on our head while we are sleeping!
I have never had a cat before and I have to say I am absolutely smitten with her. Paul had a lot of cats throughout his childhood, but says that she is the best cat he has ever had. I can't imagine her not being part of our family. Now we just have to move into a bigger place so we can get a friend for her!
I have attached a couple of photos of her - some of them are a bit old now, but it does show how cute she is. We can't work out if she looks more like her dad (Austin) or her mum (Millie). She is definitely a purrer like her dad.
Regards, Amanda

Hi andy,
Just wanted to let you know how our kids are getting on. Luka is now two years old and charli will be one in december. They absolutely adore each other and luka is so maternal towards the little one. Even though she is so much bigger now, he still lets her suckle him for comfort. They love to play together and are great fun to watch! They are both very different in appearance but equally as stunning- looking at photos on the net, it is obvious that you have superior looking russians(i am not biased am i?) Luka is very quiet and serious and a bit of a sensitive type, while charli is much more adventurous and outgoing, if one of them has made a mess or been naughty, it is usually her! They are both very affectionate and complement each other beautifully. We are so happy that we decided to get a playmate for luka as it has been the best thing for him and now we cant imagine only having one cat. Well, just wanted to say thanks again for our babies- they are certainly number one in our house and very loved and spoilt. Hope all is well with you. A big thank you again Sheridan and Clive

Hi Andy
Cosmo has settled in nicely, he has a fantastic personality.
Steven hasn't slept in his bed for a week, he moved out of his room and lives downstairs with the kitty on the sofa bed.
When he's not at school they are inseparable.
Our first challenge has been to try and stop Cosmo from climbing the Christmas tree, all the shiny balls and hanging toys are too much to resist.
Regards
Rob

Update on Cosmo .........
Hi Andy,
Thought I should let you know that Cosmo is going great.
Everyone that visits wants one just like him.
He wandered into the living room on Saturday night with a lively big Huntsman in his mouth that he wanted to share with us all.
I had a real problem getting them apart.
He's taken ownership of the house now and is great mates with our Border Collie.
We still keep him inside but he does have an internal cat door through to a large caged area outside.
Thanks again,
Rob and family.

Hi Andy
Just to let you know the boys are doing very well indeed (we love them to bits)
The are going to the vets tomorrow for the chop (ouch)
Also one of the vets called Amanda has two cats from you, one and three years old i believe (small world indeed)
Hope all is well with you guys
Many thanks John and Rose

Hi Andrea,
Sending you an update of how our baby (Amelie) is going. l think she is a Misty x Romeo kitten .
She is ruling the roost! She is very demanding and has a strong personality - her favorite game is to chase scrunched pieces of paper [receipts are best ] and will even fetch them. Amelie also prefers to drink fresh running water from the bath tub - too bad she doesn't understand water restrictions.
Attached are a couple of pictures of her.
We are hoping to get her a little brother at the end of the year. We would like to be put on your waiting list for a little boy.
Please let us know. Thanks Amanda and Peter.

Update on Amelie and her new friend Gulliver.........
Hi Andrea,
Thought that i would update you with some kitten news. Gulliver is a VERY brave kitten. He was exploring the house within minutes of getting out of his carrier. He follows us around like a ducking following its mother and runs at full speed towards us purring.
Amelie was not at all impressed with Gulliver on sunday (surprise, surprise), but now they are fast friends and chase each other all over the house. Gulliver is a very demanding and talkative kitten - and you said it was the girls that were naughty. I'm taking him to work today to show him off to the nurses!!
I've attached some photos for you too.
Amanda and Pete.
P.s. Everyone loves him because he is such an affectionate kitty, but he keeps giving me love bites - i'll have to train him out of that!!!

Hi Andy
Thought you may like an update on Bob. He has settled in remarkably well and is now happy to have the run of the house and venture outdoors. We acquired a puppy last week (named him Forrest) and they seem to be pretty good mates. They play together a lot and today I snapped them sleeping together amongst the shoes. Thought you may enjoy the pictures.
Best wishes Brenda

Update on Bob.........
Hi Andy
A quick update to let you know that Bob was desexed on 29th April. When we went to collect him later in the day, the vet nurse told us that we were very lucky to get him back as they all wanted to keep him. She said that out of all the cats they’ve had through their surgery, Bob was the best they have ever had. He is certainly a very laid back cat and isn’t fazed by much at all. Forrest the puppy gives him a fair working out and Bob just takes it in his stride. He has never once lashed out at the puppy and when he is sick of playing, he moves out of reach. He is one cool cat.
Regards
Brenda

Hi Andy,
We are now well and truly settle at home with our little girl who we've
name Nikita. Just thought I’d send you some photos so you can see what a
cutie she’s growing up to be. She is such a beautiful and affectionate
girl. Sincerely
Annette

I just thought I'd send you a quick note to let you know how well
'Mosco' is getting on. I think we must have picked incredibly well
because he's been so easy! Right from the journey back to Melbourne
where he slept the whole way (I actually had to check a couple of times
to make sure he was still in the carry case because he was so silent).
Since then he has slept through each night, has a really healthy
appetite right from day 1, and isn't the least bit scared of exploring
the apartment or cuddling up to new visitors. But the best thing of all
is probably how affectionate he is. He purrs his head off every time
he's picked up and is getting very good a falling asleep on spare laps
and arms.
Hope you enjoy the pics attached and thanks again, Marcus

Mini Update on Mosco......... Hi Andy
Good to hear from you. Mosco is going really well. He had his first trip to the vet during the week and his second injection. The vet was really impressed with him and kept repeating how great he is!!! We had friends over for drinks a week ago and he just takes everything in his stride. Amazing.

Hi Andy, hope you and the family are well.
Things are going well here, Sasha and Nina are getting along really nicely. They love to chase each other and most nights they sleep together and give each other baths. Nina is a lovely little girl; she plays fetch with a ball of aluminum foil and will come at any sound of paper or wrappers. She also loves to destroy boxes and egg cartons. I thought you might like this picture of them snoozing together...how sweet!
Cheers,
Selena :-)

These are just a sample of the emails we get - thank you for sending them in!
We love to know how our babies are going ....
To all our wonderful people who have given our babies great homes -
we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts
and wish you all well.
