Well - we have waited a few years now for Classic to do this... This is Classic's third foal and her first filly ! 'Third time lucky!' is an understatement....

Goodness gracious me... this boy is ALL Class !
''Classy" is... as his name implies - stylish and elegant ! He was 13 days early and consequently he's not as filled out as our other babies - but he sure is nice.
His coat pattern is very evenly marked, and he has little blue black spots all over him. Above his right eye and below it, on his flank, his back.. He's very cute... lt was so hard to get a photo of him because he kept playing and following me everywhere until he saw the cats!
Doll is a beautiful jenny. A bit bigger than we would normally have at 32.5" but she's such a beautiful jennet & we love her genetics. Her sire LN Stuart Little - infuses great bloodlines of both show winning micro [ 1st 2012 Texas Shoot Out over 5 yr old jacks ] and the wooly gene [ curly coat ]. Plus a super temperament.
We are very pleased with this foal and his little black spots. He will go very dark like his dam at the least, if not black like his little black spots. No sign of a cross in that foal coat.

Pocket's done it again...
This time it's a stunning spotted jack foal....
'Cash' is an outstanding foal. He's sooo big boned, handsome and stacked. He has the most superb markings with a huge white fluffy collar and very dark spots in places. He looks like he's draped in color..
We're not sure what his end color will be, as it's so unusual. He looks like he may go dark spotted come his first adult coat next year.... Pocket's foals have a tendency to molt out to a darker color...Only time will tell !
Looking at Cash's canon bones- he is not a big foal. His canon bones are about the same length as Candy's [ The cannon bone has reached its full length at one year old, and it is about 98% its full length at birth ] and is the best way to determine relative height . Compare a baby's knee height to its mum, or to others its age, or to other jenny's. Find an adult whose knees are roughly the same distance from the ground, the baby/youngster is likely to end up the same or similar height. So even although Cash was born 21.5", we expect him to mature around the same size as Candy, whose 29.5". Cash was 8 days late and we assume he has just done some growing in utero.. Again, time will tell !
l'm just in awe of Pocket's ability to throw amazing foals...
'Cash' is Pocket's first Jack foal in Australia and again he's thrown color to a spotted jennet..

Lily was my early Mother Days present arriving the night before... .
Lily has such a compact body. Pete originally measured her at 18.5" born, but then next day we got a smidge over 19.5 ". We just re-measured her at a week old - because she looks so tiny. We measure generously and she's still well under 20".
She's very VERY adorable.
Either way she looks tiny in real life..
and she is ohh so correct..
Her daddy's pedigree is packed full of WORLD & USA NATIONAL CHAMPIONS...
